Campus

Yale University is located in New Haven, Connecticut. It is a spread out campus integrated in an urban neighborhood. All parts of the campus are accessible by foot and covers 1,108 acres.

Facilities

There are many spaces available for reservation on Yale’s campus that can comfortably host 15-500 students with proper AV equipment. Many of these spaces are close in proximity and signs are posted across campus for easy access and helpful directions.

Transportation

For those flying in, Hartford’s Bradley International Airport is a common choice, as well as New York City’s JFK and LaGuardia Airports, which are accessible by train. For domestic flights, Tweed-New Haven Airport, located just a few miles from campus, is another option. Union Station, about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute shuttle ride from Yale’s campus and downtown area, connects travelers to CT Rail, Amtrak, and Metro-North for short-distance travel.

Housing

Yale has 14 residential colleges for the undergraduate students in attendance that can be hosted by current Yale students. Other options include The Taft Hotel, The Omni Hotel, Courtyard Marriott New Haven, The Graduate Hotel, and The Blake Hotel. All are within minutes of campus/downtown.

Largest Campus Space

Woolsey Hall is one of our biggest facilities on campus. It accommodates 2,650 people. The space is available upon early request.
